AI automation

AI automations for sales and internal operations

I connect AI to the tools a business already uses, starting with one working prototype on one real process.

  • Fixed-price first project
  • A person approves each outcome during testing
  • Background in SAP billing and business systems

Illustrative only. The companies are fictional, the outcomes are pre-set, and nothing here is connected to an AI model or CRM.

What I can help with

Lead handling

Qualify, enrich and route inquiries into a CRM, with draft replies for review.

Voice agents

Answer inbound calls, ask qualifying questions and book meetings, with callers told they're speaking to an AI.

Content workflows

Turn source material into drafts for people to edit and approve.

Workflow maintenance

Keep existing n8n or Make.com automations running.

How it works

Start small, test on a real process, and decide with the results in front of you.

  1. Choose a workflow

We pick one process and agree on how to measure success.

  2. Build and test

I build a working prototype that runs alongside your current process, with a person approving each outcome.

  3. Decide

You look at the results and decide whether to go live, change it or stop.

A first project usually takes 2 to 4 weeks at a fixed price of [price]. Production work is agreed separately.

About me

My background is in SAP billing and business systems, so I start with how a process really works before deciding what's worth automating.

My own builds so far are prototypes, and my production experience comes from maintaining live workflows. That's why I suggest starting small.
